This service is based through the Albany Women’s Centre which offers crisis accommodation yet can also offer outreach, which includes case management support, advocacy, and education.
The aim of Mobile outreach initiative is to improve the safety, resilience and capability of vulnerable women and their children experiencing family and domestic violence and prevent homelessness.
It provides a pool of outreach workers to support women and children impacted by family and domestic violence, and to improve the coverage of family and domestic violence support for women and children, improving community safety and wellbeing.
The Mobile Outreach initiative has the capacity to follow clients relocating from one setting to another or to another location within the service’s geographical catchment.
