Community Outreach
What is it: Community Outreach purpose is to improve the safety, resilience and capability of vulnerable women and their children experiencing family and domestic violence and prevent homelessness.
Who is it for: Women with or without children impacted by Family and Domestic Violence who are referred to the service after exiting refuge accommodation, self-referral or by community.
Key messages
- We provide support and information to women to increase their safety and reduce the impact of Family and Domestic Violence
- We provide advocacy and referrals to other relevant support services
- We offer intensive case management as well as brief intervention support, to achieve person goals
- Community Outreach covers the areas in the Peel catchment including, but not limited to, Boddington, Dwellingup, Waroona, Pinjarra, Lake Clifton, Bouvard, Coolup and Madora Bay.
