Service Details

This service offers Outreach to clients through ‘The Switch Centre’. This is a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation and advocacy to meet their specific needs.

Women meet weekly with their Case Manger to develop and implement their individual support plan and review progress and achievements. In addition, our staff members will often advocate for women and children with external agencies. This outreach programme aims to provide more support services to other women and children in the community who may or may not have accessed a refuge service but who are currently or have previously experienced family and domestic violence.

Accept agency and self referrals . Offered in City of Bayswater but will work out of the catchment if required and other services aren’t available. We have no requirements of services except that they need to have experienced or be experiencing FDV. We do not require an FVRO to be in place and we will work with woman who are still in a DV relationship
