This service provides a Mobile Outreach Worker. The role of the Women’s Outreach Worker is to provide culturally appropriate services including assisting with accessing holistic health care services to women who are experiencing or at risk of experiencing family and domestic violence.
• We are happy to tailor the case management of our clients to their specific needs when working through family and domestic violent
• We take referrals from any agencies and even take self-referrals – there is no specific referral criteria to access this service
• The Women’s outreach worker works on a case management based approach that is agreed to with the client and provides a holistic look at a client’s situation
• Social and Emotional Wellbeing, Cultural Appropriateness and Personal Safety is at the centre of all of our interactions with our clients
