Service Details

This service provides advice, referral, legal information and casework assistance, representation and community legal education. These services cover:

  • Tenancy
  • Centrelink
  • Family violence
  • Discrimination and complaints
  • Consumer and credit law, and more.

This service works in collaboration with pro-bono solicitors, organisations and other legal services to precipitate law reform and correct systemic injustices impacting our clients.

If you’re experiencing family violence you can speak to a KCLS lawyer for advice on how to protect yourself and your children. A lawyer can help you to plan for your safety, speak with the Police or apply for or vary a Violence Restraining Order.

Each year Kimberley Community Legal Service plan remote trips to service communities throughout the Kimberley.

Please see the services website or phone them for further information.
