Service Details

Ishar Multicultural Women’s Health Services provides a range of holistic services to women from all walks of life and cultural backgrounds. Ishar is a LGBTQI friendly service and welcomes women of any sexual orientation, anyone who identifies as a woman and anyone who was assigned female identity at birth.

Women are provided with information, advice, counselling, training and/or support so that they are empowered to deal with problems themselves, or they are referred on to another agency for specialised assistance.

Ishar Multicultural Women’s Health Services believe that women are the centre of the community, if the women are empowered this has a systemic effect on families and community.

This service also offers a number of classes such as English or many fitness classes. There are also regular groups that run – please see Ishar Multicultural Women’s Health Services main website for up to date timetables and information.
