About the awareness session

Applicants for Family Violence Restraining Orders (“FVRO’s”) have the choice to attend Shuttle Conferencing if the Respondent objects to the FVRO. But what is shuttle conferencing?

At this session, the Family Violence Registrars of the Perth Magistrates Court will explain what shuttle conferencing is, how it works and what to expect when attending the conference, as well as what benefits it offers over the conventional trial process.

Come and meet the Registrars and ask any questions about the program.

Please note, shuttle conferencing is currently only available in Perth, Joondalup and Fremantle Magistrates Courts.

This awareness session will also be held on Tuesday 22 February covering the same content.
